2024 UGC Wrap Up| Oklahoma City, OK

MORE THAN 200 TAFT-HARTLEY INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS GATHERED IN THE AMERICAN HEARTLAND FOR THE 2024 USERS GROUP CONFERENCE

Bridgeway held its annual Users  Group Conference in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the Omni Hotel. More than 200 customer-attendees, vendor partners and Bridgeway staff came together for three days of informational sessions, trainings, networking, and product demonstrations under the theme a Modern Frontier—building for the future.

CEO Todd Plesko and Executive Vice President Jeff Herman kicked off the event by delivering the Annual Report and laying out Bridgeway’s plan of building for the future by being systematic, assuring repeatable and consistent outcomes, staying secure by safeguarding environments and fostering trust, and remaining sustainable, by planning for dependable growth and longevity. To assure Bridgeway acts in the best interest of customers and for the overall health and longevity of the organization, end of support announcements were also made with sunset dates ranging from 2024 to 2026. 

  • Reasons cited for attending : 90% of customers said networking with other customers and hearing about their experiences and 87% said  it was getting first-hand information on new products and upcoming releases.
  • Overall 98% of attendees say they found attending the event to be worthwhile.

 

Conference Highlights:

  • Dr. Michelle Frankich, senior director of learning & organizational development, introduced Bridgeway University our robust learning environment advancing excellence in Taft-Hartley benefits administrating. Bridgeway University includes fundamental and advanced certifications, as well as implementation sites and live webinars. 

  • Chief technology officer Brian Pearson gave a session on Technology Trends touching on Bridgeway's technology and product philosophy, including near and long-term goals. Pearson also addressed cybersecurity events and investments, and took a look ahead at generative AI.
  • Deb Pearson, senior vice president of customer success led a session on how Bridgeway is Empowering the Customer through dedicated Customer Success Managers, structured quarterly business reviews,​​ service level agreements, OneDesk ticket tracking ​​and measuring with metrics. The new One Bridgeway Customer Portal was also introduced during this session. 
  • Vice president of strategic partnerships, Michelle Manolovic spoke about the current landscape of Bridgeway's Partnership Ecosystem which opened up to a panel discussion where audience members heard from customers and Bridgeway partners at Green Light, Zelis, and OnSite Logic.

During the conference attendees also participated in four Voice of the Customer sessions to weigh-n on product development enhancements and attend the Product Experience Center for up close demonstrations of products and services

 

After a day of sessions and hands on learning attendees enjoyed dinner and drinks at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Prosperity Junction, an authentic replica of an old western town set at dusk. Everyone had private access to exhibits where they could explore the history of Western and Native American artwork and artifacts and learn about the American rodeo.
