Delivering leading benefits administration information technology solutions to Taft-Hartley self-administered fund offices and third-party administrators, Herman is a noted thought leader and sought-after industry speaker.

He has some twenty years of broad experience in the software-as-a-service space and is accomplished in contract negotiations, federal and state compliance, strategic planning, and risk assessment, particularly among healthcare technology providers.
