Active on a number of boards he brings deep experience heading several software-as-a-service companies ranging from start-up to mature growth-oriented organizations. Under Plesko's leadership Bridgeway is positioned to innovate and scale its comprehensive suite of benefits administration technology services to the multiemployer sector.
Jeff Herman
Executive Vice President
A customer-focused leader with more than 20 years of experience driving sales growth and market penetration in multiemployer, commercial and industrial sectors, Herman heads the company’s growing sales and marketing organization. He oversees the company’s overarching revenue strategy, with the goals of maximizing customer retention, building strategic alliances and driving business expansion. Delivering leading benefits administration information technology solutions to Taft-Hartley self-administered fund offices and third-party administrators, Herman is a noted thought leader and sought-after industry speaker.
Brian Pearson
Chief Technology Officer
A global technology executive and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of success across a wide range of business processes, Pearson fosters talented teams and enacts dynamic strategies to maintain, secure, and evolve the company’s software platform infrastructure. Pearson, an accomplished change leader and industry veteran with 23 years of IT organization experience architects and drives innovation across Bridgeway’s technical services, information security, and enterprise engineering divisions.

Chief Financial Officer
Cummins oversees Bridgeway’s forward-thinking finance infrastructure and controls to continually support planned growth initiatives, improve financial performance, and maximize organizational effectiveness. He brings twenty years of experience in the financial technology sector leading organizations offering payments and banking solutions across a variety of industries.
Deb Pearson
Senior Vice President, Customer Success
Pearson shapes Bridgeway’s comprehensive customer success strategy and drives strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals to enhance customer satisfaction. Throughout her three decades of experience in healthcare-related organizations Pearson has demonstrated widespread experience in delivering scalable and consistent customer service to ensure maximum value for clients.
Adam Hand
General Counsel
Hand directs contract negotiations, advises the executive team and Board of Directors, and manages Bridgeway’s legal staff. He has some twenty years of broad experience in the software-as-a-service space and is accomplished in contract negotiations, federal and state compliance, strategic planning, and risk assessment, particularly among healthcare technology providers.
Josh Mahler
Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Mahler directs the project planning, scheduling, and resource management for all new and existing client workstreams, including implementation and consulting, and scales practices to anticipate customer demand. He has fourteen years of experience in aligning customer needs with professional service offerings and technical support to enable successful deployment outcomes.

Vice President, Human Capital
Harriot leads the strategic efforts of Bridgeway’s Human Capital team to maintain a growing, equitable, and diverse workforce, establish organizational development strategies, and foster strong staff engagement. Harriot has twenty years of extensive human resources experience in benefits management, strategic recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and service.
