2023 Users Group Conference Roundup

MORE THAN 200 TAFT-HARTLEY INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS FROM FUND OFFICES AND TPAS IN ATTENDANCE!

The first Users Group Conference under the Bridgeway brand was hosted in New Orleans, Louisiana since the successful merger of ISSI and Basys was completed in 2022. More than 200 customer-attendees came together under a One Bridgeway theme for three days of informational sessions, trainings, networking and product demonstrations.

“It was my first conference, ever, and I managed to meet and hang out with some extremely kind, smart, and polite human beings, which to me was a total delight.”

New CEO Todd Plesko kicked off the conference by sharing his approach to leadership and guiding principles for Bridgeway's future success. He communicated critical organizational goals and plans for increasing speed to customer value, optimizing the organization, and improving customer, employee and partner satisfaction.

Reasons cited for attending included 84 percent naming networking with other customers and hearing about their experiences and 87 percent saying getting first-hand information on new products and upcoming releases with more than 97 percent overall saying attending the conference was worthwhile.

“Sessions were organized and very informative. Participants in Voice of the Customer gave helpful information.”

After working hard all day an evening networking dinner was hosted at the National World War II Museum, where all attendees could interact in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying access to the exhibits. We wrapped up the conference with a celebratory "Bridgeway cocktail" and traditional New Orleans-style second line parade to our farewell reception destination at the famous Antoine's restaurant.

"Networking with other users and listening to their experiences was the best experience as this was my first time attending."

This Users Group Conference is the premier opportunity for the Bridgeway community to come together to share knowledge and ideas to deliver the best possible outcomes for all. Our customers are committed and engaged, and we are very thankful for their tremendously valuable feedback and to our vendor-partner sponsors (Green Light, Zelis, FAIR Health, ePlan, Rocket Software, and Change Healthcare) for supporting the event.

We hope to see you in 2024!
